Implemented concurrent-safe hash table in C using mutexes and POSIX threads, avoiding race conditions with efficient memory handling.
Developed AI-powered multiplayer poker platform with C++ gameplay engine and Python-based ML model predicting win probabilities with 0.83 accuracy.
The technologies and tools I use to build robust software solutions.
Raised in a household with 2 software engineers, Python was my next language after English and my parent’s native Tamil. Born and raised in New York, I grew up tinkering with software and gadgets for as long as I can remember. From making simple robots with Raspberry Pis, or building my own FPV drone, I loved to create and learn.
I carry that spirit with me now and try to immerse myself into whatever creative and technical challenges I can find. What started as childhood curiosity has turned into a genuine passion for technology’s potential to solve real problems. From debugging code to debugging team processes, I enjoy tackling issues at every level. I love working in fast-paced, and collaborative environments and am always looking for opportunities that embody those characteristics.
When I’m not working, I love to play tennis 🎾, camp ⛺, travel 🛩️ (Visiting 8 countries across 4 trips this year), watch MMA 🥊, and play the guitar 🎸. Recently (as I no longer have access to UCLA’s acclaimed dining halls 😞), I have picked up cooking 🥘.
